Who is the course for...

Organisations or individuals who need to understand the PRINCE2 methodology and who are looking to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation examination and those wishing to gain their practitioner certification.

Course Aims...

• It will help to establish a controlled approch to developing projects and establish a clear understanding of your involvement with projects.
• You will gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the project life cycle and how to apply them.
• Create key management documents and understand how information flows within your project.

This course will focus on helping you build on your knowledge of the structure and content of PRINCE2 methodology. It will also answer any questions or concerns you may have about using PRINCE2 to run projects.

The course will be run over 5 days including examination.

Foundation - 5th and 6th November 2008 (2days)

Practitioner - 26th and 27th November 2008 (2 days)

Revision Day - 11th December (1 day)

Examination - 12th December (Held in York)
